A Prayer for My Art Business

Back in 2017, when the idea of creating upcycled glass art was just a dream—one that felt both exciting and intimidating—I wrote this prayer:

Lord, help me unleash my creativity and bring beautiful art to life. Give me the courage to share my work, to create pieces that bring joy not just to me, but to those who welcome my art into their homes. Let this passion You’ve placed in my heart be a blessing to others. Silence any doubts that whisper I lack vision or ability, and remind me that You are the source of all creativity. Thank You for this new adventure! Amen.

I didn’t know then where this journey would lead, but I stepped forward in faith, piece by piece, trusting that if I poured my heart into my art, it would find its way to the right people.

Now, in 2025, I look around my home studio—where hundreds of my creations have come to life and found new homes—and I am in awe. What a journey this has been! Not only have I sold countless pieces, but I’ve also discovered the incredible joy of sharing this passion with others through my “Crack and Create” classes.

My heart is full, and my prayer remains the same:That my art continues to bring light, joy, and a sense of wonder to those who find it.
